The Tauber valley

A wonderful hike along the European water divide on the heights of the Franconian nature park. The trails take you 98 km from Ansbach to Schnelldorf in small stages that can be divided up.

Along this geographical peculiarity, the path repeatedly touches points from which the water flows once direction north to the North Sea and once direction south to the Black Sea. This is a very fascinating phenomenon to experience and acknowledge giving this hike a very rare and special touch.
